Bordeaux Bandit (REHOMED)

Bordeaux Bandit is a 7yo gelding by Time Thief from Magic Merlot who stands at 16hh. He has been gentle and calm since starting work and isn’t fazed by much. He has been on trails, had a polo mallet swung around him and been ridden on a loose rein. Bordeaux Bandit would suit someone wanting a project horse to do anything with. He has shown potential to be a nice polo horse, Pony Club mount or eventer. With the right partner, this guy will accomplish a lot. He is located at Bart’s Farm at Castlereagh, NSW. Contact us to find out more or book an appointment to meet Bordeaux Bandit.

Trampit (REHOMED)

Trampit is a nice forward moving gelding who is a quick learner with a sweet nature.  He never actually raced because he was too slow but has shown a nice jump in training and has plenty of potential. He has been ridden out on trails and in big open paddocks without a problem and recently enjoyed his first outing to Lake Yarramundi. Trampit is located at Castlereagh. Get in touch if you think you could give Trampit a great home!

Kanguru (REHOMED)

Meet your new best friend! Kanguru is 16 hands of sweetness and he loves human affection.  He’s a steady going horse that enjoys a trail ride with his mates and has a good trainable attitude.  He holds a frame when flatworking and is currently schooling over 60cm jumps.  He’s suited to an intermediate rider looking for a pony club mount, adult riding club, trail horse or just a new best friend. Kanguru is currently located at Oxley Island, NSW.

Bold Presence (REHOMED)

Bold Presence is as his name suggests a – big bold moving horse with a willing nature and a keen interest in jumping.  Due to his size and his inexperience he would suit an experienced home that is willing to put the time into teaching him his craft. With international super sire Galileo featuring on his sire’s side, this horse has natural athleticism which suggests he has potential worth exploring.

Kuiper Belt (REHOMED)

Are you looking for a compact horse, who is forward with super strides and potential for dressage or jumping meet Kuiper Belt. Energetic yet trainable, sensitive yet obedient this pocket rocket will excel with consistent and clear communication. Not for the inexperienced hand as he could very easily be considered a hot horse but in the right hands with the right education you could have a star in the making.

Palasport (REHOMED)

If you are looking for a well put together horse with a cute head to match Palasport is for you, he has 3 lovely paces and would suit any path you want to take him on has a natural head carriage and is very willing to learn, would suit intermediate rider.  While he is loving the winter as he is a furry teddy bear in summer he does not like the midges so will need to be rugged.

Ecuador (REHOMED)

Ecuador is one of the distinguished gentlemen in our herd  who had an accomplished race career that saw him win over $1m in prize money. Turns out, not only does have skills on the track he has paces that would see him at home in the show ring or dressage arena. A son of High Chaparral he has charisma and presence in spades  and according to his retrainer in Port Macquarie Cassie Schmidt he is a little ripper who enjoys his work.

Washington Park

This guy is a massive smoocher.  He is just gorgeous. Whilst trying to take photos of another horse in the paddock he made it apparent that he wanted me to find him a home where he can be stroked, groomed and have a chat.  So we threw a halter on him and took some pics. Not content with that, he thought that he would eat my hat, play with my jacket and follow us back to the gate. Washington seems to be an excellent doer, chubby on pasture.  He is also quite a looker with a lovely coat and nicely put together.

If you aren’t content just for a cuddle, he can also take you out trail riding or for some light all rounder activities.  He is very quiet, but green. Washington has an an odd paddling action in front, so unlikely to make a high level competition prospect, but he seems very keen to turn up for work!

If you are looking for a buddy who wants to be your friend, this guy is the horse for you.

Lincoln Cash Man (REHOMED)

This fellow has a quiet temperament, lovely paces and would make a delightful addition to any barn.  He walks straight up to you in the paddock, puts his nose in the halter and loves being fussed over and groomed. From the moment he arrived, Lincoln Cash Man could be lead calmly from the paddock despite his new surrounds. He scored well in his trainability and rideabilty assessment and is both willing and obedient.  Due to a left knee injury he will only be suitable for low-level activity like trail riding and basic dressage.

Ollie the Third (REHOMED)

Ollie is a nice guy, happy to be around you, laps up grooming and happily cruised around on the lunge for his photo shoot.  The boys think he is a nice easy horse to have at the barn.  Ollie came to us in April 2019, and is currently rehabilitating from a suspensory injury, however he is sound at walk, trot and canter. His retirement details indicated he had no vices and that he loves attention.

Our assessment is limited at this stage due to his rehabilitation, but he presents as a nice eventing type with a calm demeanor and friendly nature. Ollie is due to be re-scanned in July 2019.  In the interim we will be pumping his tyres up with some ulcer treatment and conditioning to get him back to looking his best.
