Misslecky (REHOMED)

If we had a crystal ball to look into the future, we’re confident we would see Misslecky draped in ribbons and rugs as champion showjumper or hack. This 5yo Monashee Mountain x Alternate Ending mare has shown plenty of class over jumps and in flatwork. She stands at 15.3hh, has a gorgeous face and is well-mannered and kind. Misslecky would suit an intermediate or better rider to help her reach her full potential.

Baites

It has been two and a half years since Baites last galloped down the home straight and now this 9yo Al Maher x Emtiaz gelding is ready for his next challenge. Standing at 17.1hh, Baites has shown talent over jumps both in the arena and on the cross country course. He’s been out on trails and while he is easy to handle, he will require an intermediate or better rider to keep him focused. Baites is currently located at our Capertee farm.

Haven’t We All (REHOMED)

If you’re looking for a confidence-building horse you can grow with, Haven’t We All could be your man. The 9yo Nicconi x We’ve Got Issues gelding retired sound from racing in April this year after 47 starts for 10 places. In the 4.5 months he has been with Team Thoroughbred he has proven to be a sweet-natured, calm horse who is easy to handle. He has shown talent over jumps and would suit an intermediate rider. Fun fact – Haven’t We All is by the same sire as multiple Group 1 winner Nature Strip!

Not A Gypsy (REHOMED)

Attention dressage devotees and adult riding clubbers! Here’s your chance to snap up handsome 8yo 16.2hh gelding, Not A Gypsy. He has good quality paces, no vices and is quiet but forward to ride so would suit a confident intermediate equestrian. He has done some cavaletti work, been on trail rides and is happy in company or alone. Not A Gypsy is by Not A Single Doubt from Zabeel mare Gypsy tucker, making him a full brother to Group 1 placed mare Gypsy Diamond. Not A Gypsy is located at Muswellbrook.

Pauper (REHOMED)

His name is Pauper but he’s more like a prince. This regally bred 5yo gent has only been with Team Thoroughbred for three months but has already made an impression. By super sire Exceed And Excel from Darley mare Caline, he stands at 16.3hh and has a lovely temperament. He’s easy to catch and handle, quick to learn, comfortable to ride and enjoys his work. He’s had an introduction to trot poles and we think he will make a super showjumper or eventer. He would suit a novice, but an intermediate rider would help him realise his full potential. Pauper is currently located at Bart’s Farm, Castlereagh.

Coys (REHOMED)

Coys is a handsome 8yo Dylan Thomas x She’s Sirius gelding who will make a nice eventing prospect for the right rider. He has shown talent over jumps, tackled low-level cross-country courses with ease and has earned the praise of our Capertee Farm Manager, Jeff Brasch. Coys won his last race in November 2019 but strained his tendon and needed six months off for it to heal. He has now recovered and is looking for an experienced new owner to bring out his best. Coys stands at 16.2hh, has no vices, travels well and is easy to handle.

Kawana Star (REHOMED)

Kawana Star is a naturally talented jumper who is looking for an intermediate or better rider to shine with. The lightly raced 6yo Choistar x Lent mare is a strong mover who has already shown plenty of class and potential. She does need a confident rider to keep her calm but is improving with work. We think she will make a quality showjumper or eventer. Kawana Star is currently located at Belltrees.

Cletus Brown

His name conjures up images of a yokel but Cletus Brown is all class.  This 7yo big-moving chestnut has three quality paces, eye-catching looks and is showing talent over jumps. He is calm, trainable and thrives on work. Cletus is looking for a competition home with an intermediate or better rider who will keep him stimulated and continue his education. Standing at 17hh, he would make an ideal gentleman’s mount. Cletus is by Big Brown (USA) from Blue Mistral and is currently located at Oxley Island.

Night Manager (REHOMED)

Night Manager is a 7yo 16.2hh Casino Prince x She’s Due gelding who is looking for an experienced showjumper or eventer to bring out his best. He can already jump 60-70cm with ease and has been a perfect gentleman on recent outings to Wingham Jump Club. While he is sweet-natured and easy to handle on the ground, he needs an experienced rider as he will pull it he knows you’re not confident. Night Manager is located at our Oxley Island farm.

Inafernanika (REHOMED)

Inafernanika. It’s Swedish for pocket rocket. Ok, that’s not true. We don’t know what Inafernanika actually means but we do know this 7yo Arlington x Lunalana mare has loads of potential. She stands at just 15.1hh, is athletic and has demonstrated impressive acceleration. She has been easy to train and has shown us some handy moves that suggest she would be well-suited to campdrafting. Inafernanika has been a pleasure to take on long trail rides and loves mustering cattle.  With most of the upcoming campdrafts cancelled due to Covid-19, now is the perfect time to start preparing her for next season.
