Mikkeyday (REHOMED)

Attention showies! Picture this pretty filly in the showring! Mikkeyday is a 4yo Dubleo x Requite filly who never made it to the racetrack. She has loads of potential off it though and with an experienced rider/handler to continue her education, she will go far. She has a nice fluid movement and no nasties, but she is young and green so will need more training. Mikkeyday has recently started jumping and has shown some talent there too. She stands at 15.2hh and is located at our Capertee farm.

Keeping Watch (REHOMED)

Keeping Watch is a classy and balanced gelding who has a great future in dressage or at Pony Club. The 8yo son of Home On The Grange & Rose Of Ghataas is a great mover and has been working well at our Belltrees facility. Keeping Watch stands at 15.2hh and is looking for an intermediate rider to build a special bond with.

Are You Dreaming (REHOMED)

Are You Dreaming won twice on the track and now this 5yo Dreamscape x Misasio mare is ready to win off it. We took her to her very first competition at the Hunter Valley Showjumping Championships last week and she went clear in the 60cm round. She is naturally athletic with loads of talent and stands at 16.3hh. Are You Dreaming is ready to go home with a confident, experienced rider and will make their showjumping dreams come true.

Jenson (REHOMED)

If long trail rides and happy hacks are your thing, Jenson could be your perfect match. This 5yo Choisir x Seam Ripper gelding is 16hh of sweetness and loves nothing more than a pre or post-ride cuddle. Jenson bowed a tendon so he never made it to the races, but he has been given plenty of time to heal and has been checked over and given the thumbs up by our vets. He would excel at low-level dressage, showing and pleasure riding with an intermediate or better ride. Jenson is currently located at Belltrees.

Broom Broom (REHOMED)

His name is Broom Broom but this 9yo Murtajill x Miss Hathaway gelding will give you a smooth and steady ride. He has been out on trails both alone and in a group and didn’t put a hoof wrong. Nothing fazes this cool cat. He’s friendly, easy to catch and handle, behaves for the farrier, travels well and is a pleasure to have around. He stands at 16.2hh. Broom Broom would make an ideal pleasure mount for an intermediate rider looking to enjoy their horse. Sound like you? Book an appointment to come and meet Broom Broom at Oxley Island.

Blake (REHOMED)

If you’re looking for a chilled-out gelding who is equally at home on long trail rides as he is popping over jumps, Blake could be your man. This 4yo Olympic Glory x Cubic Cat gelding never raced but is a very quick learner, easy to catch and handle and super friendly. He has a nice action, a comfortable canter and is happy to do whatever you want him to. Blake stands at 16.1hh and would suit an intermediate rider. He’s currently located at Belltrees.

Scherzare (REHOMED)

Scherzare is an Italian word meaning “to joke” but we are dead serious when we say this 5yo All Too Hard x Tartufi gelding has plenty of potential. He has three quality paces established, is jumping 80cm and is working on some basic leg yielding. He stands at 16.2hh, is solidly built and is a complete pleasure to have around. Scherzare would suit an intermediate rider and is currently located at Muswellbrook.

Seething Drake (REHOMED)

You know how you sometimes meet a person and their name just does not suit them? That’s Seething Drake. For starters, he’s not a duck and he’s certainly not angry. He’s actually 15.2hh of sweetness, easy to handle and a pleasure to have around. Seething Drake is a 9yo Henrythenavigator x Seething Duck gelding who would make a great all-rounder. He carries himself well in flatwork and has shown talent over jumps. He would also be an ideal Pony Club mount for a confident teenage rider. Seething Drake is located at our Oxley Island farm.

Irish Optimism

Imagine waking up to this gorgeous face over your back fence every morning! 9yo gelding Irish Optimism is looking for his forever home as a companion horse. Degenerative changes in his legs mean he is unsuitable for riding, but he will catch you in the paddock, lick your face and shower you in endless love. Irish Optimism is easily to handle and travels well on both trucks and floats. He is currently located at Muswellbrook. Is there room in your paddock and heart?

Inferred

Inferred is a 10yo 16hh Onemorenomore gelding who is ready to begin his new career in dressage or showing with an intermediate rider. Despite being from mare Subtle Miss who had already produced stakes winners, Inferred wasn’t cut out for racing and was retired after just one trial. He is sound, naturally gets himself into a frame and has a lovely soft mouth. He is a pleasure to ride but can be lazy at times.
