With Valentine’s Day just six sleeps away, we have decided to feature Bart’s Farm’s biggest sweetheart as our Horse Of The Week. Meet Blazing Man. This 4yo unraced Choisir x Pink Pier gelding catches you in the paddock, craves human attention and is fun to have around. He stands at 16.2hh, is easy to handle and will make a great trail riding or pleasure horse for an intermediate rider whose priority is enjoyment. He does have some joint effusion so is not suitable for intense work. Blazing Man or Manny as we like to call him is located at Bart’s Farm at Castlereagh.

As his name suggests, Le Beau George is beautiful inside and out. This 12yo Beautiful Crown (USA) x Galaxian gelding would make a great hack, pleasure mount or with additional schooling could turn his hoof to dressage. Standing at 15.3hh, he is very easygoing, loves attention and is a delight to have around. He is currently located at Belltrees near Scone and would suit an intermediate rider.

Danigree is the complete package and those lucky enough to meet him are sure to agree. This 9yo Danerich x Filigree gelding is very athletic and a smooth and balanced mover. He has flown through his introduction to dressage and has shown talent over jumps, making him a quality eventing prospect. His good looks will also turn heads in the show ring. Danigree stands at 15.3hh, is friendly and likes other animals. He is suited to an intermediate or better ride and is currently located at Belltrees, NSW.

This 13yo Sippin’ Bourbon (USA) x Harvest Time gelding has a natural love of jumping. That, mixed with his quality paces and good looks make him ideally suited to eventing, showjumping or even showing. Cocktail Time stands at 16hh, has a lovely kind nature and would suit an intermediate or better rider. He is currently located at Belltrees.

Joy And Mighty never raced but he has saved his best for a career off the track. This 8yo New Approach (IRE) x Spirit Of South gelding stands at 16.2hh, is very easy going and quick to learn. He has three established paces and we expect him to excel as an eventer or showjumper under the guidance of an experienced equestrian. Joy And Mighty is currently located at Glenferrie Farm.

His name is Dark Lesson but his future is bright. This 5yo Epaulette x Martindale Hall gelding has the most incredible temperament and is ready to do whatever is asked of him. He stands at 15.2hh, is easy to handle and is very friendly and kind. Dark Lesson is currently located at Belltrees and would suit an intermediate rider and any discipline.

Bow down! His Majesty is coming through! This 12yo Shamardal (IRE) x Princess Serena (USA) gelding turns heads wherever he goes and after a successful career on the track, he’s ready for his next challenge. He is easy to handle and quiet to ride in a group or on his own. He also jumps logs and other small jumps. We’ve taken him to Ronald McDonald House at Westmead where he lapped up the attention from the kids and their families. While we would love to keep His Majesty, we have found he is happiest when he is in work and stimulated so feel the need to find him a wonderful forever home. His Majesty would make a fabulous show horse or allrounder and is available for adoption to an experienced and loving home

Are you looking for an affectionate horse that would make a great allrounder? Meet Satevis. This 8yo Star Witness x Nice Night (NZ) gelding is relaxed, easy going and happy to give anything a try. He enjoys plodding along on trail rides, has some basic flatwork established and has recently begun schooling over small jumps. Satevis stands at 16.1hh and needs an intermediate or better rider to continue his education. In return, he will be your best friend.

Are you a skilled equestrian who is looking for a challenge with the potential for a great reward? Meet Pea. Isn’t he gorgeous! This 5yo 15.3hh Daneborough x Pearl Pearl gelding is unbroken, however, he has a friendly nature and has been progressing well in his basic training. He has done some free lunging, is comfortable in the wash bay and enjoys human interaction. His feet are trimmed regularly and he has recently seen the dentist. We believe he is a diamond in the rough and if someone has the time to give him a proper education it will pay dividends. Experienced riders please get in contact.

He is loyal, always tries his heart out and thrives off cuddles and compliments. Theatre Tickets is best suited to an intermediate or better rider and will do anything for the right person.
