STABLEHAND JOB READY PROGRAM
This program is for people interested in becoming a stablehand in the thoroughbred racing industry.
Stablehands are responsible for the daily care, handling and wellbeing of thoroughbred racehorses. The role includes feeding, grooming, cleaning stables, preparing horses for exercise, checking their health and assisting with general stable routines.
It is a practical and rewarding career that requires reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, physical fitness and a genuine commitment to horse welfare.
TRACKWORK RIDER ACADEMY
Trackwork is a skilled and physically demanding role that involves riding thoroughbred racehorses during their daily training.
Riders work closely with trainers to develop each horse’s fitness, balance, confidence and performance, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and horse welfare. It is a rewarding career path that requires dedication, consistency and a genuine commitment to the horse.
